Yesterday evening I was faraway from my own room for an upcoming project that will be held next week. This project is "Kaizen". Its mean continuous improvement, a good project from head office and applied at workplace. Day the day is like before. I wake up in the morning, use a shirt and go to work usually. At this time i work at Surabaya not Tuban like before.
This is still the beginning of the month and the workload is not much. But suddenly, i received a call from Supervisor Tuban branch. His inform to mee, if my application will hold on by Branch Manager. Why? I make a mistake? No. His said, "maybe this is not your mistake, all of us make a mistake. We have sent the car with the vincode 2017 (manufacturing) using 2018's approval process.
This is a big mistake, and I was the target of the fault of the branch manager. Confused? Absolutelly. I confused what iam doing after this. I considering to find a new job, because I got a threat to buy this car ! Than I have to buy this car I'd better resign because this is not entirely my fault.
This product, called Yaris Heykers and this is only manufacturing in 2017. In my process, salesman not inform to mee about this code. She is only gave me a price about this product, only "Yaris" not heykers, not automatic, or manual transmission. This is the problem and root cause. Vincode 2017 (manufacturing) is not able to process in 2018. And i guess this is manufacturing in 2018 and approved by normal process. I sent a purchase order's letter, i print a contract, and i gave this file(s) to admin for the next process. All of us don't look carefully at the year of the vehicle ! The car has been sent to the customer but there are still problems.
Ich bin wütend, aber wütend löst das Problem nicht ! I am angry but angry does not solve the problem. I discuss with my Branch manager in Surabaya to solve this problem. He said, "still calm down, dont be panic". I admit that this is a mistake from my control even though this is actually my fault. Ikhlas. And i found a new way. This product must be sent to other leasing. Maybe have a small lease back and expensive than before, this is a better way to solve the problem.
Day the day. Week the week. And this approval was rejected by head office ! Oh! Up down payment in 30% from price. Is not good for mee and customer. I try to submit in 25% down payment of price, overide is only the way. And finally, this application successfully to overide by branch manager of othe leasing.
Summary of this story is, dont be sad. If one road is closed then another will open if we keep calm and try. Allah will not give a problem beyond the limit of ability. #CMIIW
